Our support staff play an increasingly important role in making children’s
experience of school more enriching. The implementation of reforms arising
from Every Child Matters has led to a rapid growth in support staff, of whom
there are now over 4,000 in Enfield alone.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme, a copy of which should be available
